Pros

-I loved the team I worked with -They are very flexible with the schedule -PTO is generous -You always have something to do so the day goes by very quickly

Cons

-not enough payroll hours given to support the size of the store and the tasks that need to be completed -operational side is very antiquated, -register systems and system used for scheduling is very outdated making it much more difficult and time-consuming to complete admin -For the amount of work required to run a store that size, pay is not competitive

Pros

The team at my store was amazing

Cons

WAY too much work for the little amount they pay. Corporate consistently cuts payroll and will not budge even when it is needed at the stores, All stores are disgustingly dirty and never cleaned. All corporate cares about are sales but refuse to give you the tools you need to succeed. Also the amount of grammatical errors and spelling mistakes in official Loft training, marketing, and company communication is ridiculous. Quality of the clothes has also significantly decreased as they try and make shortcuts to save money.

Pros

Easy flexibility with schedule. Corporate also gives a lot of good discounts to employees so you can receive lots of quality clothes for cheap as a bonus of working there.

Cons

Lots of promotional changes to keep up with which can be hard if you are a part time worker.
