      Change in high level leadership within technology has resulted in exploded budgets, poor work life balance, very toxic cut throat culture. Technology architecture results in a high number if incidents and instability.

      Cons

      Lots of turnover in leadership, and they are pursuing RTO. So, if you are remote, you have to fear the phase out of your employment and your advancement opportunities will be quite low.
