Business Outlook
Pros
The company requests feedback and makes changes based on employee feedback. In the two years I have been with the company, they have made a ton of changes to encourage employee engagement and satisfaction. I love and trust my manager, and feel we work well together. Despite having team members in offices around around the country, I feel close with my team.
Cons
Overall, the company underpays employees, and its very difficult to get a decent pay-raise. The money lies in a bonus that is never guaranteed. Service professionals aren't treated as good as the rest of the employees.
