      Pros

      Great training experience and new hire first manager. Great communication and open door experience.

      Cons

      Onboarding and communication was a nightmare and they continually dropped the ball. The PTO accrues as you go if you do not have it you cannot use which is very odd compared to most large corporations. My second manager offered no guidance or communication for the first month and a half. That was promised regarding performance and when you’re not in an office setting and you have no interaction you need some type of communication.
