Pros
Friendly people around me, the work I do can be challenging, which I like, and engaging. There is minimum oversight by management - I get things done so it's nice if I decide to go on a few walks or out to grab lunch. You can show up whenever, as long as you are putting in the 8 hours. But overall I have a positive experience.
Cons
Pay could be better, especially for those working hard and deserve it. With a large company there comes some inefficiencies that can be out of your hands.
