      The CEO is great with an amazing vision

      Cons

      Middle Management is very weak and not aligned with the CEO's vision. The company depends heavily on an average strategy organization with little execution ability. They promote political micro-managers vs people that can execute on the CEO's vision.

      Co-workers are very helpful and the managers are wonderful.

      Cons

      Low pay, growing too fast with not enough training. Recruiting needs to learn to develop better relationships with the reps that want to join and not use onboarding as their dumping ground.

      priorities move and change fast. Juggling the MVP and effort spent on estimations, work items is an issue. Lots of new hiring at senior and manager levels on technology side bringing their firm's culture which is different from the LPL culture...
