      Compensation in tech department is average in the industry

      Cons

      Extremely toxic environment. You will meet inexperienced managers with who do not know more than an entry level associy. No structure, organization or discipline in the IT department. No one knows or tells you what you are supposed to do or not to do. Everyone is unfriendly, rude and potty mouth, especially senior members.
