      Cons

      Toxic work environment and culture in business development. Management that looks and acts like a 1980’s boiler room. Little to no training or support. Leaders have no credentials or industry expertise and have progressed by stabbing their colleagues in the back. Constant bad mouthing of team members behind their backs. It’s similar to working at a used car dealership minus the fresh air.
