      Pros

      Not only are the payouts better than any BD I have worked with, but they have more freedom and flexibility, especially with regards to social media. They actually encourage and help their advisors market themselves.

      Cons

      It can be a little confusing at first with all of the platforms. Definitely like drinking through a fire house to learn how to process business, but once you master the technology it gets easier.
