      micromanagement, no tolerance for mistakes, innovation, and new ideas. D&I exists only inside the ERGS, with no diversity at all at the C level

      - nice coworkers - great attempts to have positive work culture, except we’re so busy that every time we participate in work events we’re busting our butts to make up for lost time - floating holiday - annual bonus - remote - understanding if your kid is sick

      Cons

      - There’s not a second to spare in this role. We’re so overworked and have to work as fast as possible all day - revolving door of employees - often have to rely on other teams that might make you late on completing tasks - management doesn’t listen to admins suggestions - no inflation adjustments
