      Fast paced, fun, great people, Employee Resources Groups activities and volunteer opportunities

      Cons

      Very busy and fast paced, can impede on work life balance. Some in leadership team do not foster a servant leader mindset, micromanagement, does not practice what preached such as progress over perfection. Allows people in leadership that are disrespectful, diminishing, overly critical, lack self control of emotions, not helpful or conducive to development or growth

      Pros

      -For awhile, LPL's outlook as a financial services has been pretty good (a little less so more recently). -The name is recognizable in the industry and has some innovative ideas which make it attractive to advisors. -Strong 401k match, occasional bonuses.

      Cons

      -Return to office push. -Ancient and outdated technology. -Compliance and red-tape make everything ridiculously hard to implement. -Higher-level leadership (especially in Marketing Solutions) is very out of touch with how to evolve the business to stay relevant. -Pay is below market value. -It seems extensive layoffs happen every couple months without any notice. You never know who is next and how it will impact your team/direct line of leadership.
