      Pros

      You are presented with opportunities to learn a lot. LPL Financial envelopes you in new technologies, and depending on the team, offers you exceptional technical backing and collaboration. You can contribute towards worthwhile solutions and celebrate with teams composed of some pretty wonderful people.

      Cons

      Leadership will not think twice about working you into the ground. First layoff in the company's history happened this past year, and this was following a ~6 month effort of 10-12 hour days consistently through the latter half of the year (2024). Mass exodus is expected come bonus payouts (first week in March).

      -scammed from the beginning, told we would get bonus after completing SIE exam they lied and moved it months after till training -not enough training for the amount of work and info expected to be learned -job consists of being on the phone 24/7
