Pros

Smart people that want to do a good job. Nice offices in Fort Mill.

Cons

The company has simply grown too complex, too large, too fast, without the required resources and investments in technology and processes. This leads to a bad deal for current employees and unrealistic workload, long hours, and lots of chaos and fire drills to meet unrealistic deadlines. Nevertheless, management will grow the company without rewarding the employees that enabled the growth. Pay is way below average and doesn't come close to compensating for the workload and stress. We're also currently on a hiring freeze, but not a growth freeze. The company is being sued for its cash sweeps dealings. This company is a very stressful working environment overall.

Pros

Superior 401k match, unlimited PTO

Cons

Management plays favorites - whether the person is good at their job or not, and those are the only folks that get promoted. If you try to better yourself and get a higher paying role within the company, they will only pay you the minimum of the pay range. You are literally punished for trying to grow within the company. Super cheap on pay, pathetic raises, especially if you're not a favorite. They did not even pay me the minimum for their own defined pay range for my role!
