      LPL needs to find it's footing internally.

      Pros

      Nice Campus with decent amenities (gym, basketball court, bikes, cafe, cafeteria). Banking holiday's, decent retirement matching and stock buy plan.

      Cons

      It's a not a very well ran IT department. Every team is silo'd and refuse to work together. Management doesn't seem to help and the goal of the company seems to change every other day. A lot of the time, you're scrambling to address fires. The base/starting pay is lower compared to what's around.

      Pros

      The main office itself in San Diego is an awesome work environment. The internal co-workers are very pleasant to interact with. The work stations are top-notch.

      Cons

      Starting as contract through staffing agency with no guarantee of permanent position.
