      Decent pay and benefits, but otherwise chaos

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO, pay is good for developers. Good opportunities for learning and growing technical skills.

      Cons

      Weekend releases, a lot of process involved just to deploy code, constant chaos, trying to do everything all at once. Leadership seems to bite off more than the company can chew. Not a lot of respect for employees’ personal time. No official announcement yet, but it seems like some kind of RTO is coming this year.

      Pros

      Great for people who like fast-paced Product and Tech environment. LPL frequently seeks feedback from clients and employees.

      Cons

      No cost-of-living adjustments, so compensation is not keeping up with inflation. New return to office strategy hasn't been officially announced (but it has clearly been decided). This puts even more strain on families who now have to incur additional costs for daycare, etc. HR is disingenuous about decision to make everyone come back to the office.

      Pretty good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      This place used to be awesome, excellent culture, great work life balance, etc. Over the last year or so it’s transformed into something to loathe. Constant layoffs, high pressure, late nights and weekends working.
