      Pros

      Life style, performance based compensation. There were many opportunties to increase your income, adjust your clientele. As an example, you could just work for folks that you were comfortable with, be it top executives, or lower income folks.

      Cons

      Grew rapidly from 300-400 Registered Representatives to 16000 offices when I sold my practice. In financial services, this a mixed blessing.
