Pros

Great for people who like fast-paced Product and Tech environment. LPL frequently seeks feedback from clients and employees.

Cons

No cost-of-living adjustments, so compensation is not keeping up with inflation. New return to office strategy hasn't been officially announced (but it has clearly been decided). This puts even more strain on families who now have to incur additional costs for daycare, etc. HR is disingenuous about decision to make everyone come back to the office.

Pros

Lots of advancement opportunities in a growing organization.

Cons

Leadership structure fluctuates semi-frequently which results in some churn and makes focusing on some efforts long term a challenge.
