Pros

Great for advisers - they get whatever they want when they want...

Cons

Very few graduate (or even college) degrees in senior management = very low competency level, it's hard to have faith in management when you can do a better job yourself...pay is horrendous, raises were running at 1% tops when I left (and this was during the "good" years!), options were handed out to cronies willie-nilly over the years, and when the company was bought out by TPG the better employees received nothing while the laggards were getting paid upward of $200K each when they were bought-in...the list just goes on and on and on...

Pros

It has a decent bonus structure and still allows remote positions.

Cons

Has been doing regular layoffs and the culture has suffered because of it. Seems willing to spend money at the top vs on people.

Pros

Started off pretty nice with the option to work remote which offset the low pay. Coworkers are nice

Cons

Mandatory return to office for all with a ramp up of 3 days per week.
