      Good way to get your feet wet

      Pros

      This is a good role for a person trying to get started in this industry. Make a game plan for yourself and try to connect with others outside of the department.

      Cons

      No flexibility and it can get pretty stressful. The service center team members also aren't treated very well by those in other departments.

      Pros

      The people are great. The benefits are decent compared to rest of the industry. The building amenities are good, but could use some more.

      Cons

      Compensation is really bad, especially when it comes to promotions, which isn't really promotions at all because you'd have to apply and compete with others for the "promotion."
