      Great office space, smart and fun people. Truly open door policy with my manager. Great feedback loops set up.

      Cons

      Same issues as with many large companies: people get locked into doing only their own job, decisions by committee stall progress, etc.

      Great resources to build expertise of financial products and securities to deliver and sell to clients and prospects.

      Cons

      Oftentimes it was difficult to tell the forest from the trees - being bombarded with so much that it has the potential to be overwhelming and difficult to drill down and find information in a timely manner.
