      Pros

      It was a good company with smart employees, management is good as well and they are experienced. Compensation is pretty solid

      Cons

      Some of the challenges is the amount of work, the pace is very fast and stressful. If they would slow down and look at the bigger picture they would be more successful and keep employee morale higher.
