      - Everyone seemed nice on the surface - They put on a great front that they have great values - If you are in the circle, then you can do no wrong

      Cons

      - Some of the people are straight-out disrespectful to those who are under them - Once they made up their minds about you, there is nothing you can do - They contradict what they look for versus what they expect from you

      Good ol' Boys Culture. Clique-y. They promote a diverse and inclusive workforce, but theres no equity. The majority of the black people you in the cafeteria work in the call centers aka "Section 8 floor" and the brown people work in a different building in IT.
