      Pros

      Great opportunity for growth if you desire to do so, most managers have an open door policy, Not a micro-managed environment, upper management very transparent about news that may affect their employees.

      Cons

      The pay comparable to other companies in the area is on the low side, Recent outsourcing of some operational functions with the threat of more to come in the future, not a clear scope of how bonus payout is linked to personal performance.

      Pros

      Cool people, relaxed atmosphere, nice location.

      Cons

      Low pay for the work that I do plus the benefits are not great. "Management" is for the most part, hired from within. Most of the management have no experience managing which makes working for them difficult, to say the least.
