      relatively nice people. good stable environment(unlike banks and other financial institutions). good management. My boss is good and very nice.

      more flexibility in time off. More organization and structure around work processes.

      Pros

      Some great coworkers. They pay overtime, as is required by California state law, which not all employers do. Discounted sodas.

      Cons

      Where to start? There is so much red tape that in any given week you you may have 4 hours of productive work if you're lucky. Technically speaking they are way behind the times, and have shown no desire to upgrade their technologies. An extremely political place. Dog eat dog corporate culture. In short, there's a good chance to you will be miserable working here.
