Pros

The ability to invest in every available financial product. Early in my career, in was limited to a handful of mutual funds. LPL allows me to further help my clients achieve their financial goals.

Cons

LPL is getting bigger and bigger. That may seem like a good thing, but sometimes support may not have the information I need.

Pros

The job provides decent pay and benefits. Pay is comparable to similar positions in the industry. There are other job opportunites that become more available once working for the company.

Cons

It is a call center with high call volume. The company is a private company looking to go public in the near future so employees are stretched very thin which makes the job more stressful when call volumes are high.

Limited career possibilities, limited income potential.
