Pros
Great, smart people to work with. Culture is pretty good, lots of events and engagement activities if you look for them. Benefits are amazing! Work flexibility is relatively high for my role.
Cons
Pay is "competitive" for the market, but not a competitive edge for employees. Business organization is very agile and fluid, so teams, departments, and management can change drastically every few years. This generates a lot of opportunity for growth, but also generates confusion and instability.
