      If you're lucky, you'll have a great leader and competent team like I do.

      Cons

      Top heavy Senior leadership. Too many layers. Growing fast (good) and having a hard time keeping up (bad). Sometimes slow moving and slow responding when collaborating with other teams on issues that take months if not years to correct.

      The health care benefits - While expensive, they really are top notch "Peers" are generally great to work with Still "hybrid", although for how much longer is anyone's guess

      Cons

      Management at the SVP level and above has no concept of leadership Many in senior management lack even the basic knowledge necessary to understand what the teams in their organization do, which sets their people up for failure
