      Good benefits package, fully remote while it lasted, flexible and good work life balance

      Cons

      If you're remote, you're pretty much invisible. The pay is below market and annual increases do not keep up with inflation. Same with annual bonus despite record company profits. You're stuck in your role with minimal chance of promotion or growth. Too many changes in upper management, enough to make your head spin and nothing gets done.
