      Benefits, trying to change culture and increase employee engagement

      Cons

      There is absolutely no work/life balance. Their technology is lagging which leads to a lot of outages and long nights or weekends. Their operations department is stuck in the past and incredibly immature. They are trying to run before they can even crawl successfully.
