      Slow work pace and lots of layoffs

      Pros

      The company is always growing and there are lots of projects to work on. Work pace is slower than other financial companies. Lots of opportunities to provide feedback within the company. Benefits and health insurance are great though and like the unlimited time off.

      Cons

      Pay and bonuses are a bit below industry standards. Lots of layoffs and restructuring and poor communication from leaders on reasons for these changes. Also not a lot of room for growth especially for remote employees.

      Pros

      Great coworkers. Most of the coworkers are great.

      Cons

      They have some people in leadership that you really don't want to for they tend to promote people who don't know anything about the team they are managing or the processes so be prepared to manage yourself if you are placed on one of these teams. The training is non existent for some departments. The merit increases are not based on your merit they will just give people whatever they feel like and you kinda just have to accept it.
