Pros

Lots of mentorship. Potential to work on a wide variety of project types. Lots of resources for success

Cons

Sometimes project managers aren’t the best. Often, everyone is so busy that it isn’t clear the most efficient ways to do things. Sometimes people just do what they know, even if it isn’t the best way of doing it.

Growing so Fast

Pros

The people are great! So much expertise within the firm. Everyone is approachable, knowledgeable, and cares about the quality of design.

Cons

The company is growing really quickly. As a result, there are growing pains. Corporate management and office management isn't always synonymous. Some offices are more compliant with corporate goals and therefore, more accommodating than others.
