Pros

LS3P is truly a wonderful company. Everyone treats each other with respect and I met folks there that will be friends for life. Really great benefits, multiple locations and ability to transfer, ability to work remote partially, good work/life balance with flex schedule, lots of internal committees to get involved, latest software, highly supports Professional Development and even a professional development allotment for each employee. The internal recognition program (Associate, Senior Associate, etc.) is a good program that allows the employees recognition and extra benefits. Yearly cost of living raises, Christmas bonus, etc. Company is growing fast. Many different sectors so opportunity to work on many different project types. Compensation is good, and I think recently more competitive. Good performance review process. Easy hiring process. All-around great company and would recommend!

Cons

I don't know that I have any cons. The smaller support role departments really need more help but that's about it, and sometimes it's just hard to find people to fill those roles so that's not the company's fault.

Thanks for sharing your feedback - our team members are truly at the heart of what we do! We are continuing our work to ensure that architecture is accessible to all. Whether it's our partnership in hosting NOMA fellows or our support and passion for the ACE Mentorship Program, among many others, we are actively creating space for all to participate in design.
