Pros
Great office culture, team collaboration, and laid back atmosphere. The people in the office are great to work with and have a lot of talent. Definitely opportunities to growth within the firm if working your way up the corporate ladder is your thing.
Cons
Although it is the firm's mission to have design excellence, that is not the case with most projects. It varies from office to office, but overall excellence in design is not consistent from project to project especially when the clients are calling ALL the shots. The firm has great talent across the board and definitely has great potential be a high design firm, but there seems to be a certain comfort level to designing the same "style" time and time again. Boundaries are not being pushed to excel in design.
