Lots of mentorship. Potential to work on a wide variety of project types. Lots of resources for success

Cons

Sometimes project managers aren’t the best. Often, everyone is so busy that it isn’t clear the most efficient ways to do things. Sometimes people just do what they know, even if it isn’t the best way of doing it.

Pros

LS3P felt like a small firm in many ways even though it was rather large. The people were down to earth and pretty great and there was a lot of freedom to work on projects that were interesting.

Cons

Like all large corporate firms, there are always going to be things that cannot be changed ever.
