LSI Senior Design Engineer reviews

In LSI I got a chance to learn and work on interesting technologies. I was given oprtunity to aquire new skills and had my managers full support. Work life balance is good. The work piles up occasionaly when designs reach important milestones. Average week is around 45 hours which is probably standard for the industry. My manager has lots of understanding and I was able to take a day off (not a vacation day) ocasionaly when needed. I have lots of flexibilityin my position as long as work is done and deliverables made on time. I appreciated flexible hours and posibility to work from home.
