Pros

LSI offers excellent health benefit. Cafeteria offers healthy food for lunch and snack and the people who work there are friendly. The LSI building complex is new and beautiful. The gym is clean and has all new equipments.

Cons

The stock price is too low for all the great products LSI is designing, developing, and selling to big OEMs. The parking lot is a bit small for the size of the company.

The pay is not bad in China. Working environment is OK. Flexible working time and various benefit. Oppotunity to work with foreign colleagues and travel aboard.

Cons

Growth rate is not very high. Not very efficient sometimes. Career opportunities are not quite bright. Not finding a lot of fun.
