Pros
great faculty but not so great upper management beautiful campus amazing students with diverse backgrounds offers a decent amount of funding opportunities when looking to raise money for a specific event
Cons
although it is a beautiful campus, it is also very run down and I question how much asbestos I was exposed to terrible communication from upper administration biased administration nepotism everything is last minute - from what classes you'll be teaching to suddenly a complete building renovation that requires you to move decades worth of junk from one building to another (with little to no help)
