You get to work a lot of hours so you don’t have to take time off for family and friends

Cons

No work life balance at all. You are not over capacity unless you are working 25 hours 8 days a week.

Great people work here. Good ability to advance career.

Cons

Extremely understaffed as a constant, lots of turn over. Constantly doing more with less. Unfulfiling. Bad benefits package is putting it mildly.
