Pros

Work from home, flexible hours as long as mandatory hours aren't in effect, decent pay, reimbursement for cost of wifi, benefits are okay, easy work, managers are nice with the exception of one.

Cons

Understaffed, constantly on mandatory hours, management isn't good at managing, IT department is a joke, impossible to get in contact with anybody from HR.

Very flexible schedule, and great managers.

Cons

They put you in other departments when help is needed there even if you have stated over and over that you really dislike the work and it isn't what you were hired for.

pretty much a dead end career wise

Cons

Management is selling everyone out and the entire company is either offshored or in the process of being offshored. This was a family type culture at one time and some employees may still operate under that illusion but they need to wake up and realize that LTCG is on a race to the bottom and layoffs will continue
