Pros

Work from home, reasonable working hours with little to no overtime, great benefits, great pay, wonderful co-workers

Cons

Very metric driven, productivity goals seemed slightly unrealistic, some members of management were challenging to work with. Would not recommend to a friend due to instability and uncertain future.

Pros

Employees care about the work they are doing, even if others do not notice. Descent vacation time and flexible hours. Okay benefits.

Cons

Management does not care about employees or want to help grow. Morale is so low that people on the committee to help Morale do not want to do that anymore. Outsourced 25 jobs after saying jobs were safe. No growth opportunities available internally. No promotions on the IT side of the company.

Pros

Lots of PTO Excellent dental and eye coverage Other competitive benefit options Multiple offices in the metropolitan area Some work from home opportunities

Cons

Some supervisors unnecessarily micro manage their team members. Office morale was particularly low when I left. Opportunity for advancement can be greatly hindered by a simple early on mistake. Pay scale is pretty low. Insufficient training provided. No onsite HR person for the Woodbury office, nor will an HR person typically be available for an in person sit down. Work from home opportunities will be used as a pawn to get you to put in overtime etc. Too cheap to bring in a new employee and have to train a new individual so they will keep dead weight employees on despite their productivity.
