      Amazing teammates, lots of leaway for independent decision making, schedule flexibility

      Cons

      Will tell employees how much $ the company makes all the time and yet not spend it on staffing or non billable items that would show long term benefits. This company doesn't hesitate to put their employees on a death march when a project is running late fmd they are always running late!

      Pros

      There were a lot of great people I worked with and it is currently fully remote. This may change with the acquisition by Illumifin who is totally changing the corporate culture and employee morale is sinking.

      Cons

      I worked at LTCG for several years and was suddenly and abruptly let go. The company, including my boss, led me and others to believe that my job was secure. The company was recently bought out by another company ILLUMIFIN, a private equity company that is extremely cheap and changing things like crazy and firing people who were there for a long time. Despite how hard you work, you do not get recognized for your efforts and the pay is not competitive. The company has become extremely cheap. Also, this company is very slow to embrace new technology (such as the Microsoft 365 stack). There is no training budget. As much as you might want to stay cutting edge and be up to speed on the latest and greatest technology you won't. You won't be encouraged to get certifications or paid for bettering yourself. Technologically speaking, the infrastructure is a total mess

      Pros

      Workload isn't too bad. Supervisors are all great. Actually get to have company wide meetings that they make sure the employees can attend by closing early. The pay is okay, could be better but can't complain for working from home

      Cons

      Schedule can change so don't expect to have a static schedule
