      -Employees are quick to help on issues within the group. -Flexible hours.

      Cons

      -The C Levels of I.T. within the organization are unable to set a direction. They tend to talk out of both sides of their mouths. -The software development teams are running processes and code that were developed pre Y2K and the teams are unable to see that starting over would be the best option. - There is little to no trust between teams.

      We had the ability to punch in our own time instead of an actual clock-in machine.

      Cons

      Worst place I've ever worked. Everyone was constantly overworked and asked to do other departments' responsibilities due to high overturn. When I switched from hourly to salary, it didn't get any better. I was working nights and weekends all the time. When I tried to stand up against the client for their rudeness and impossible demands, I had no support from upper management. I'm thankful for the job experience but will not be going back. EVER!!
