Pros

Company/position allows for flexible hours which is great for a working mom. Ability to work from home when necessary. Compensation is above average for the area. Work is productive and feels challenging.

Cons

There are too many hands in the pot at times and it can cause confusion and things to get missed. The claims process involves multiple teams/persons which causes issues all the way through.

Pros

Work from home is nice. My supervisor was flexible with scheduling, can't speak on how flexible other supervisors were. Okay job to have while in school.

Cons

Mandatory extra hours were a regular occurrence. Compensation is below average. It's like pulling teeth to request more than a couple days of PTO.
