      Flexible work schedule. Decent benefits.

      Cons

      6 changes in management in 1.5 years. No documented procedures. No training. Rampant favoritism.

      Pros

      Work from home is nice. My supervisor was flexible with scheduling, can't speak on how flexible other supervisors were. Okay job to have while in school.

      Cons

      Mandatory extra hours were a regular occurrence. Compensation is below average. It's like pulling teeth to request more than a couple days of PTO.

      Decent benefits w/the exception of corporate trying to "persuade" new restrictive HMO plans on MN employees as a means of cost savings for the company

      Cons

      Overworked - ridiculously unattainable goals, VERY stressful, NO recognition whatsoever, Extremely high turnover and management doesn't care, Favoritism, Management protects their own and do NOT listen, No option provided to review direct in line manager or provide feedback on annual basis
