The vacation and floating time soon as you start

Not consistent with changes made. Calls are back to back because not enough staff handling calls. Have to be there a year before interviewing for another position. You have to take on all kinds of responsibility to move up

Cons

Will tell employees how much $ the company makes all the time and yet not spend it on staffing or non billable items that would show long term benefits. This company doesn't hesitate to put their employees on a death march when a project is running late fmd they are always running late!
