      Pros

      Work from home, flexible hours as long as mandatory hours aren't in effect, decent pay, reimbursement for cost of wifi, benefits are okay, easy work, managers are nice with the exception of one.

      Cons

      Understaffed, constantly on mandatory hours, management isn't good at managing, IT department is a joke, impossible to get in contact with anybody from HR.

      Pros

      It's a paycheck. Hard to get fired unless you're truly lazy or very incompetent. Again, these are pros

      Cons

      Little opportunity for advancement. Little pay. Small raises. Lean run company so they run understaffed all the time. Management isn't knowledgeable and lazy. They act more like cheerleaders.
