Pros

The executive leadership team is very friendly and approachable.

Cons

The company has poor communication. The middle senior leadership is terrible. It's like elementary school. There are roomers flying everywhere, all the time. In appropriate things that should not be discussed. Very unprofessional. Navigating IT is a nightmare. If you want a project done....it better be billable or it won't get priority. People are nice until they want to advance, then they will trample on you all for their own personal gain.

Pros

Working with good people that care about the work and some are the backbone of the company with invaluable knowledge of data and processes.

Cons

Workload seems to constantly increase and yet senior management cuts back on resources for "presented" efficiency resulting in high stress and unrealistic overtime for months and months. Deadlines not achievable nor met compounding the problem and annual bonus greatly diminished. More major projects added to already troublesome load further exasperating issue.

Pros

Most management honestly seemed to make an effort. Comparable salaries and packages, and job security. Reward programs available to honor excellence.

Cons

Morale seems to be a constant struggle. Whether dealing with the clientele (Often it is upset relatives of dying or sick loved ones) or the pushiness of leadership to meet goals in the face of an understaffed office. While programs are available to reward excellence, there is a higher priority on identifying negatives. Workers are scrutinized heavily during their work weeks. Heavy turnover in departments. Constant mood swings in the morale, likely due to the general practice of admonishing ALL workers if one screws-up.
