Pros

Work from the comforts of home as long as you have a quiet place to work with no interruptions.

Cons

Too many to list but the pay stinks for the abuse we take and they do not take into consideration whether you have a medical degree when considering hourly wage. What really stinks is not only the low pay, but now they took away the benefit of having your phone and internet bill covered since it is required to work for them as a work from home employee. This was the only reason I accepted the 12.50/hr pay. I figured between not having to pay my phone/internet bill and not having to pay for wear and tear on my vehicle, it was a fair trade.

Currently - flexibility to WFH due to COVID

Cons

Overworked, Underappreciated, Under-Paid or no pay at all for extra hours worked but not allowed to put in for overtime in order to meet goals, dismal or non-existent pay raises, HORRIBLE management - abusive and rule by fear, intimidation and punishment
