Pros

The company exceeds my expectation at all aspects. On my first day, I received a welcome email and LinkedIn friend request from the company's founder, a welcome message at my desk, and was taken out for lunch. People are very friendly. The environment is very casual. We work with modern technologies, plenty of chances to learn, hackathons and lunch and learn seasons are held often. Work life balance is great. Awesome perks.
