      Great benefits but incompetence at VP level is appalling

      Unlimited PTO; summer Fridays; generally good work life balance

      Cons

      no career growth; layoff and reorg every 6 months; company culture and performance are both on decline since some bad hire at VP level; some senior engineering leaders are detached from day to day work; priority and work assignment are confusing.

      I was able to really grow and learn here as far as SDLC and managing teams and managers

      Cons

      They judge you on a scale of 1-5 but 5 is an unreachable number and they only allow a certain number of 4's (so you really arent being really graded)

      Great Company ... Recently some bad VP level hires

      Smart engineers Passionate employees Approachable and fair CTO Good product with room for innovation

      Cons

      New VP hires are trying to take a startup and make it Amazon overnight. Some of them while tough are fair and open about their goals. Others choose to lie about people in order to move them out. Sadly when a culture of VPs lying and HR backing them up starts it is a slipper slope and I worry for this company long term.
